This is a great project! Thank you so much for sharing your progress.. I was attempting a cocktail cabinet with a mac mini, and It didn't occur to me to try a broken powerbook, it has a wonderfully thin display. Please keep posting! I'm going to try to learn as much from your project as I can before I start mine.
